Key projects: Development new organization structure for finance control block, Implementation the credit control function; Introduction Management Reporting tools enabling to track financial performance; Customer marketing overdue liabilities (since 2010) reconciliation and verification; Collection of customers overdue (since 2012); Implementation monthly and quarterly customer balances reconciliation for US GAAP purposes to confirm the Company BS during quarterly and annual audit; Implementation new Credit Control Policy Trade Spend Control improvement by implementing rules, cost efficiency analyses, reporting. Direct report to Global CFO; in-direct to Global CEO. Manage the team of 25 people.
