Born in Moscow and leaving from 6 y.o. in Nederland, I had a possibility to study, travel and find the best combinations of smells and flavors from different countries in Europe and US from the age of 16, when I first started cooking.
I had a lucky possibility to work at such a challenging country as Russia, which I was born at, meet a lot of professionals and lead several start up restaurant projects.
I am ready to discover the world adding maximum of value to the restaurants / HoReCa international projects!
