    Positioning: • Head of HR Business Partners • 9 years experience in HR • Proven ability to develop HR development policies and procedures • Expert in HR related practices:  On-Boarding;  Induction;  Adaptation;  Mentoring;  People management / Coaching;  Assessment;  Trainings & Development;  Team-buildings (all possible types); • Successful track record in Development and implementation HR projects to manage Organization 3500 employees; • Respected leader with strong interpersonal, management and presentation skills; • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and inspiring and creative team-leader; • IT industry expert. Now looking for a full time role in the HR department of a large company Achievements: • Succesfull development, implementation and management of all HR practices for the biggest Company’s Dedicated Development Center – 3500 employees (out all 11 000 employees), located in 5 offices placed in different countries (Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania); • Sussecfull management of a distributed HR team (20 employees); • Developed and implemented:  HR Business Partners principle "from the scratch";  The KPI system for HR Development Department;  New HR policies and procedures;  Adaptation program for New employee;  Employees’ mood monitoring program;  Training program for high-potential employees;  staff motivation and retention programs that decreased staff turnover by 11%;  program for the internal HR brand;  Methodology for in-house training; • Established a new subdivision “Department for Events Organization”; • Organized 20 + corporate events and conferences for;  all employees level (events for 3000+ employees);  top-management level (off-site events);  world-wide football championship (7 countries participated). Responsibilities: Area of responsibilities: Dedicated Software Development Center 3500 employees • Planning and implementation of the HR development strategy on an annual basis; • Direct daily work with all Business Units Heads; • HR Consulting for Managers of all levels, HR related questions coaching; • Identifying employees’ needs for T&D activities • Development training of programs and motivation activities, together with other Companies’ services (Recruitment department, Training center, Marketing department); • Development of measures for the professional growth and retention of key employees; • Development and implementation of training programs for Managers of all levels; • Development and implementation of social programs; • Implementation of Staff Adaptation System; • Establishment of Management Report System; • Conducting activities to strengthen the HR brand; • Labour market research; • Building and development an effective HR Business Parthner (BP) team; • Forecasting and planning HR BP team in accordance with Dedicated Center needs; • HR Budget planning. Control and optimization; • Analysis of staff turnover causes, development of actions to decrease Attrition; • Control over the Internal Mobility functioning; Professional skills: Staff development: • Development and implementation of HR procedures and regulations; • Organization of Adaptation System for New employees; • Annual Perfomance Review (development and control of the conduct of the procedure); • Development of Additional Benefit Package within the approved budget; • Communication with employees at all levels.
