• Creation and management of regional distribution net;
• Management of regional sales department: target setting, execution control, estimation of activities
• Direct reports: 6 employees;
• Working with keycustomers: negotiation, concluding contract, business assessment, calculation of profitability.
Achievements:
• Increasing of active regional customer data base from 16 to 124 patrons;
• Execution ofsales plan per 184% in 2003;
• Expanding of the distribution net within the responsible sale territory, adjustment of the business in 27 industrial cities of Central region, Volga region, Ural, Siberia and Belorussia;
• Supporting of deliveries of special production to AUTOVAZ, GAZ, DVZ, KAMAZ, MAZ;
• Opening of the basic warehouse in Moscow region and organization of goods in stock corrective system.
