Organization of new production of compressor stations: participation on elaboration of business plan of production, elaboration and agreement of general plan of the production, construction of manufacturing workshops, search of suppliers of equipment, signing of the contracts and delivery of the equipment, installation of technological line, start of manufacturing, analysis of the actual prime cost of the stations and elaboration of program for decreasing of prime cost and product quality control. Planning of the production, forming of production orders according to the results of sales analysis.
Arrangement and development of the sale system (Moscow, regions). Management of purchasing strategy in accordance with the business requirements. Securing of the fulfillment of budget level of sales, elaboration of the draft of the trade policy of the company, participation on strategic, assortment and financial planning. Carrying out of commercial negotiations, preparation and realization of the plans for development of the key customers, control of the observation of the contract obligations and conditions of the working with the customers. Maintenance of the stabile business images of the company. Negotiation, signing of the contracts, tracing of the payments. Storage and transport logistic in full scope. Material support. Accounting against the founders.
