Immediate Responsibilities
1. People: develop sales organization, recruit new members and train people (53 employees).
2. Business: deliver ABP, sales volume, collections and profit, long and short term business planning and follow up of results (cost efficiency). Supplier responsible, value chain, margins.
3. Clients: develop relationships and client satisfaction of KAs, key retail, distributors. Internally secure team work between the assigned sales departments, marketing, finance, logistics and other departments.
4. Development: develop the KA and distributor management system of Melfoods to secure account wise growth and profitability. Deliver superior in-store execution (shelf visibility and promotions). Develop the principal, agree on annual objectives, volume, margins, payment terms, in-market support budget.manage sales team in Russia and CIS countries. ABP, marketing activities ATL and BTL, set up regional key account team, P&L and budget presentation to the board of share holders.
