Обязанности и достижения:
• Providing performance analysis, forecasting, cost control, and supporting financial planning for the store on monthly, bi-monthly, and annual basis
• Coordinate rebuilding and maintenance projects (project budget, cost control, and costs follow-up; administrate contracts with services and materials suppliers
• Working with external companies and contractors (cleaning, transportation, maintenance and equipment repair)
• Prepare and administrate contracts with services and materials suppliers, i.e. build-up works, furniture assembling, building materials, cleaning, etc.
• Coordinate actions of the contractors and IKEA departments in order to stay in time frames
