Key Achievements • Costs savings initiatives: negotiation of more favorable freight rates with suppliers for all modes of transportation and origin/destination rates with local agents/sub-contractors in Russia as well as Crown overseas offices increasing the number of booked jobs • Development of suppliers database: the number of suppliers has increased from 25 to 80 companies which allowed to be more flexible in the business activities • Invoice accuracy: level of Credit Notes/Adjustments is less than 2%. KPI - 98% • Average claims settlement days has decreased from 31 up to 5-10 days
