Monitoring that they are valid, work with the authorized agency; • Coordination signature maps/letters; • Performing other business tasks of Managing Director; • Travel coordination and organizations for VCA team, VCA International staff, external partners, final clients, etc. (invitation letters, visa organization, tickets and hotel bookings, taxis); • Organization & follow up of all types of local and international express mailing: DHL, Fedex etc; • PO and delivery follow up of stationary and other office needs; • PO and delivery follow up for flowers and gifts for different occasions: national holidays, birthdays etc.; • Distribution and follow up of invitations for different events; • Event Management/Organization and assistance at different events: product launches, in-store events, corporate parties, Partners & clients events &exhibitions.
