Обязанности и достижения:
- Developed Russia and Central Asia ESP database. - Communicate the needs of customers to Schlumberger, and the customers’ primary source of information regarding design, application, installation, operation, and maintenance of ESP equipment (REDA, EZ-line, TPS-Line (MT-line), advanced completions). - Prepare ESP string specifications, calculations, special application designs and selection for the projects according to specific wells conditions (such as CO2, H2S, corrosion, high temperature, high GOR, etc.), clients’ requirements, engineering procedures and standards. - Work closely with sales team providing engineering consulting services for ESPs and other special applications. - Provide full time technical support to the clients relating special solutions for specific requirements in a wide range of applications. Explore additional technologies to enhance production from wells that are declining. - Prepare detailed ESP assessment reports to support recommendations for inspection, improvement, replacement or repair of equipment. Prepare DIFA reports. - Provide well surveillance on a day-to-day basis using available real time data streams (ZEDi, Elekton GPRS-server, ADKU, SUDIR) to efficiently regulate the wells and meet production and financial targets. - Take part in quality days, field audits and examine field engineers and specialists (installations, dismantling, pull ups, commissioning, troubleshooting). - Maintain data in engineering systems, process engineering change notices, submit corrective action reports, and maintain current, accurate, organized files. - Develop and execute financial and technical engineering objectives for the projects, full time projects support and organization. Equipment and inventory stock planning. - The only technical support to the field specialists to ensure all services are provided at the highest possible level. - Provide reports on KPI to the project manager and operation support center.
