• To manage the whole process of aftersales warranty expenses reimbursements, from supplier’s nomination for the project till supplier’s warranty claims payment,
• To update Warranty chargeback process in accordance with the Renault Corporate rules and Russian legislation,
• To support Renault purchasing team in terms of paragraph “Warranty chargeback” in the parts delivery contract,
• To report to the Renault Corporate

• Warranty statistics analysis,
• To manage warranty parts delivery from dealers to supplier,
• To gather and manage Renault team to protect Renault interests in front of the supplier (engineering, purchasing, legal counsel, accounting, other departments if necessary),
• To manage deadlines of warranty parts analysis process for supplier and Renault teams,
• To hold meeting with supplier to share responsibility for the defects
• To invoice warranty expenses, payment control, late payment issue solving
