• Recruitment, Training, Certification and staff motivation. Design characteristics of "effective” KPI staff;
• Market research and analysis of the required products;
• Search for partners, attraction, retention, establish a friendly, working relationship with them;
Settlement of disputes with customers;
• Addressing operational issues associated with the opening of new establishments;
• Development of new and optimization of existing standards of the clubs;
• Develop a program of brand promotion, the promotion of service clubs, seeking new ways of earning, to achieve maximum returns from all parts of clubs;
• Development and monitoring of the functional responsibilities of managers and line staff;
• Analysis of financial activity;
• Support the initiation and implementation of new technologies in management;
• Ensure the implementation plan for the turnover;
• Cost optimization;
• Purchase and maintain hardware and enterprise software in accordance with the technical standards of the industry;
• Establish and enforce rules and local regulations;
• Participate in inspections of the rules and norms of labor protection, occupational safety, industrial hygiene, fire safety measures;
