Обязанности и достижения:
• Devise a training strategy for the resort;
• Identify training and development needs within the resort through job analysis, appraisal schemes and consultation with all department heads;
• Personally design and deliver training and development programs to give staff the understanding, practical skills and motivation to carry out particular work-related tasks and fulfill their potential within the company;
• Plan individual learning plans, based on the resort’s and the individual's needs, and in line with company budgets;
• Evaluate training and development programs, and, revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
• Conduct appraisals, monitor and review the progress of trainees by using questionnaires and through discussions with their managers;
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of external trainers, as well as observe, supervise and assess all departmental trainings;
• Keep records of all training programs at the resort.
