    Обязанности и достижения:

    - 2003 to present: Task Manager of Process Development and Scale-Up Task on Russian Chemical Weapons Destruction Program (RCWDP). Located in Moscow and Shuch’ye, Kurgan region, Russia. The RCWDP project is a Task Order Contract with the US Army Corps of Engineers to provide program management for the design, procurement, construction, and start-up of a chemical weapons destruction facility. The Scale-Up Task is a part of the project to design agent destruction process and develop this process with scaled testing. Responsible for overall management of the all task activities. This activities include design and fabrication for process test facilities, development of agent destruction process stages, performing scaled testing, scaled facility design, site survey work, construction, and on-site air monitoring studies. The following technological processes were subject to development and experimental verification: detoxification of organo-phosphorous CA (GB, GD, VX and viscous VX), bituminisation of reaction mass received from detoxification experiments, waste waters treatment, production of RD-4M decontamination solution used for VX and viscous VX detoxification. Correspondently four specialised facilities were designed and constructed. The results and recommendations from Scale-Up task activities provided input to the final design of the process and facility, and also to the operational and safety procedures that will be implemented during real full-scale facility operation. The work is being performed by number of Russian, US and European subcontractors. The overall task budget is above $ 16,000,000. - 2001-2003 - Deputy Task Manager. As Deputy Task Manager of Scale-Up Task I shared responsibility with task manager for overall management of the all task subcontractors. In particular I was responsible for the construction, equipment installation, systematisation, turn-over and agent destruction experiments at the scaled detoxification test unit located inside Shuch’ye CA weapon storage area. Under Scale-up task at this unit ~130 kg of Russian Phosphor-organic Chemical Agent (GB, GD, VX and viscous VX) was successfully and safely destructed first time at the hall project.

    Обязанности и достижения:

    - 1998-2001: leader design engineer. Leader design engineer (head of engineer group) at liquid propellant booster rocket engine department. At this time my group took part in several projects: - development and production of RD-180 engine for modifications of US "Atlas-III, V" launch vehicles for Lockheed Martin under the contract with Pratt & Whitney (UTC); - production and modification of RD-170 engine for "Zenit" vehicle used for international "Sea Launch" program; - design and development of RD-191 engine for the newest Russian "Angara" vehicle under the contract with Khrunichev Russian State Space Center. As engine department leader design engineer I was responsible for technical relationship with Client, design and development of engine concept schematics, hydraulic systems, thrust vector control systems and also issued technical statements of work (interface control documents) for base engine units - valves, control units, pumps etc. The part of work was technical coordination of units design/development process between other NPO Energomash departments or subcontractors. During these period was performed fist successful Atlas-III flight with RD-180 engine (Cape Canaveral), fist successful hot fire test of RD-191 (Test facility at Khimky), and signed contract between Energomash and “Sea Launch corporation” where updated modification of RD-170 engine was approved for "Zenit" vehicle. - 1997-1998: I-category design-engineer. I-category design-engineer (correspond to "senior engineer") at liquid propellant booster rocket engine department. Specialized in engine concept schematics and thrust vector control system. Took part in development and tests of RD-180 engine, and processing of test data. Represent company during dynamic tests of engine thrust vector control system (Denver, Col.) and was involved in processes of preparation of engine systems for hot-fire test of engine at NASA Marshal Space Center (Huntsville, Alabama). Was one of coauthors of new Advanced Control System for RD-191 engine. - 1995-1997: II-category design-engineer. II-category design-engineer at liquid propellant booster rocket engine department. Specialized in engine concept schematics, math symulations and test processing. Worked in engineer group involved in design of RD-180 engine. Took part in the project to design prospective three-propellant engine. - 1994,1994-1995: Design-engineer and III-category design-engineer. Have getting start work for "Energomash" (Khimky, Moscow region) as design-engineer (1994) and then III-category design-engineer (1994-1995) at liquid propellant booster rocket engine department. Designed engine pipe-lines, then became specialized on engine concept and in particular concept schematic of engine.
