I have designed IT infrastructure of the enterprise and rolled the project out into operation. The project includes data Center, geographically distributed offices and retail stores, mobile employees. 1. VMWare ESXi was chosen as the virtualization system. RAID 1 + 0. 2. Installed and configured Active Directory service instead of peer-to-peer unconnected subnets. 3. Implemented Microsoft Remote Desktop Service with the connection of cash register equipment and barcode scanners. 4. Configured VPN with IPSec encryption according to the "each with each" topology on Cisco and Mikrotik equipment. Switching channels and load balancing allowed to exclude downtime of services and employees. Network protection, fine-tuning the firewall and proxy (squid on Debian Linux). Also, for mobile and "home" employees configured L2TP-authentication with access to all the necessary resources of the company. 5. Magrated the enterprise from using of separate analog telephone systems into VoIP based on “stock” Asterisk system, aggregated all the offices and shops into a single corporate workaround. 6. Enclosed the Call-center of the enterprise with IVR function. 7. Migrated from 1Cv8.2 to 1Cv8.3 (with the help of the 1C-programmer). 8. Moved web-sites of the company from unmanaged OS from the hosting provider to Amazon EWS, Linode resources, as well as to the company's own servers Debian GNU / Linux and Arch Linux. 9. I use Ansible to update the software on Linux servers and promptly deploy services. The implementation of this scheme has led to a stable and trouble-free operations of the company's IT infrastructure. The system became scalable. The equipment costs have decreased, since any device (thin client, weak computer / laptop, tablet) can now act as a workstation for employees. Moving offices and shops to another location does not affect the operation of the entire IT infrastructure. In addition to designing and administering the IT infrastructure, I organized an external FEA (foreign economic activity) in full cycle: direct negotiations with foreign suppliers, initiating the conclusion of contracts for the supply of goods, control of the transport company. After that, the company significantly increased margin, reducing the volume of purchases in the local Russian market.
