Maintaining servers: HP Proliant DL/ML G5G6, HP StorageWorks MSA, HP LTO library 35. Deploying, configuring and maintaining data backup based on HP Data Protector. Responsible for supporting corporate telephony Siemens HiPath 3800, OptiPoint & Cisco phones. Centralized deployment and management Symantec Endpoint Protection v.12. Install, configure, maintain and update IT hardware and software. Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems. Provide 1stlevel enduser support for hardware and applications, organize access to local and global networks, resources. Support, maintenance and repair computers, software, office equipment: Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7 (ОC, Office, Mail, Lotus Notes, package distribution, mobile devices) MFP: HP, Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera.
