Обязанности и достижения:
• Customers orders handling in SAP system;
• Customers set up maintenance in the systems (Data bases, SAP, webshop);
• Customers support on planning orders, material database, technical issues, delivery schedule;
• Working out and implementation proactive working instructions for factories, warehouses, transportation companies and Customers;
• Coordinating with factory, suppliers, Supply chain dept, Operation team, Delivery team;
• Shipping and delivery schedule compliance;
• Logistic chain monitoring, communicating with international forwarders,
• Invoices and shipping documents checking on a weekly basis (more than 60 in a week);
• Customers payments monitoring;
• Interacting with Customs broker, providing documents for weekly shipments;
• Preparing shipping and accounting documentation for deliveries
• Claims regulation;
• Price calculation for imported materials (more than 15 K items);
• Providing reports to Global management, Finance, Accounting dept.
