Обязанности и достижения:
• Develop and execute annual purchase / sales objectives for opened points of sales; develop purchase / sales forecasts for the future store openings; analyze stocks level ~5000 SKUs/ low moving stocks; • Manage all the purchase orders from the order composition and entry until delivery to warehouse of the company (initiated and developed archive deliveries database); • Initiate and develop the reports and analysis on monthly/quarterly/annual basis and on the special business needs (e.g. monitor level of stocks and valuate obsolete or slow-moving stocks; monitor of prices, costs & profits to assess general business effectiveness;). • Communicate to retail customers on status of their individual orders on request; • Forecast and execute certification for all the categories of products which are to be imported to Russia (cut of expenses by managing the issuance of papers which have 5 years’ legal force); • Analyze existing logistical problems and develop improved logistics strategy AIR/TRUCKS; INCOTERMS FCA Barcelona (improved communication between vendor’s warehouse & transport agent; cut of transportation costs; minimized transit time); • Collaborate with the customs brokers re customs payments and preparation of the cargoes for smooth running customs clearance possesses; Collaborate with transport agent re cargo transportation and acceptance in warehouse of the company; • Collaborate with Franchisor departments regarding the brand planning, policies and procedures of franchise stores openings and operation in Russia; comply fully with the Franchisor’s requirements and if requested their adaptation to the Russian legislation; control the transfers and verify the SALDO with Credit Dept.
