Customer service management:
Supervising and organizing the work of Customer Service Department.
Ensuring permanent improvement of all elements of order processing in changing business environment.
Coordination with other departments within company to ensure the best customer service.
Making sure that all personnel know and understand their responsibilities, organization training if needed.
Handling shipment orders from the clients.
Ordering transport - directly with transport and logistics providers.
Shipping documents support for the clients.
Dealing with warehouse regarding trucks loading control.
Control of delivery till clients and claim reporting.
Cost controlling: monitoring payments and credit status of customers.
Communication with Logistics Suppliers. Taking part in negotiations of the terms of agreements. Checking transportation invoices.
Manage a team of 2 specialists.
Control and management of transportation of goods from abroad and from Russian regions:
Control all stages of supply process from Supplier to local warehouses.
Placing purchase orders to Supplier. Liaise with Supplier’s logistics team. Proactive problems solution during goods supply.
Coordination customs clearance, close collaboration with customs broker. Preparation all needed documents for smoothing customs clearance.
Control custom’s and broker’s payments.
Providing contracts of carriage, forwarding and other services associated with transportation.
Transportation planning.
Organizing the transport processes (passing cargo to carriers, control for delivery to the consignee, the coordination of cargo handling).
Providing the documentation in transport process.
Analyzing the quality of transportation (services) and timetable of cargo delivery (timely).
Supply chain planning:
Demand Forecast creation, based on current month sales, weekly corrections in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing department.
Preparation of Gap Document: difference between goods available and actual demand.
Presentation of Monthly Sales report and Gap Document at monthly SOP meeting.
Summary, generation and evaluation of sales estimation and correction.
Monitoring of old stocks and slow moving items and proposal for next steps.
Manage stock level to avoid out of stock. Coordination of stock replenishment. Ensure product availability of established safety stocks.
Projects coordination:
Provide logistics support to business.
Coordination projects for optimization Company’s business-processes related logistics.
Participation in SAP implementation.
Description of business processes. Set tasks to SAP-consultant. Deadline control.
Support, checking, correction and updating system (SAP).
Control, testing and introduction results of developing. Teaching key-users.
Control of the entire project success.
Reports creation and analysis.
