    Обязанности и достижения:

    Project: Construction natural gas plant, treatment, liquefaction, offloading gas condensate (LNG). Yamal/Singapore • Review and digest the pre-project studies within appointed project • Verify the deliverables to be produced by the Contractor (s) related to E&I discipline • Coordinate and supervise Electrical studies within appointed project • Check that the design is developed in line with the Pre-Project and the Statement of Requirements • Ensure coordination of Electrical activities with the other Specialists within the project team. Ensure global consistency of the design • Ensure update of the electrical equipment maintenance documentation and as-built documentations and their compliance with the requirements of the Russian Federation; • Check design As Build Drawings and provide input into Livelink via Doc-ument Control administration. • Technical support to Construction and Commissioning teams. • Prepare and check documentation as related to repair and maintenance of electrical equipment; • Participate in weekly and monthly progress meetings; • Provide input to the Project Manager and Head of Electrical for Electrical progress reporting (data, narrative), highlight critical problems and pro-pose corrective actions; • Participate to Technical Reviews/Audits. Ensure follow-up and implemen-tation of outcome; • Comply with SEIC procedures for Contractors HSES Management; • Execute relevant activities of OPF HSE Plans; • Follow-up Contractor (s) activities. Control and comment all Electrical documentation issued by contractor (s) related to engineering, procure-ment, project management, fabrication and tests, and check that they are as per Company specifications and rules. Review and answer to the En-gineering Queries and Requests For Waiver; • Quality control and documentation of work performed at the stage of EPC and FEED.; • Control over budget spending • Progress control • Awaring of client needs and focus on client satisfaction. • Carry out any duties which your line manager may reasonably request within the broad parameters of your role. • Responsibility for the technical part of the tender •Review and comment engineering plans; Design abilities: • Lead to the design development within a multi-discipline engineering team; • Design of substations 110/35/10/6/0.4 kV; • The basic single-line diagram; • Layout of electrical equipment and laying of cable lines; • The scheme of internal and external power supply; • Motor control center; • Emergency power supply system; • Uninterrupted power supply, diesel generator sets; • Cable schedule; • Calculation of electric loadings, currents SC • Calculations of cables, short-circuit currents; • Grounding and Lightning protection; • Internal and external lighting. • Access control, CCTV, and COC system; • F&G (Fire and Gas system), SKUD (Access contol system, SСS (Structure cable system), BMS (Building management system) SOS (Security alarm system) • PLC programming (Siemens 1500 TIA Portal and S7 300/400) • Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (Incl. Voice Alarm) Internal General and Emergency Lighting Calculations • Electronic testing equipment such as secondary injection set for relay testing; protocols such as S7, Profibus and IEC61850; SCADA and PDCS; UPS systems; VSDS and VFD systems; generator con-trols; electrical protections.
