Functional duties: • Control of Packaging Equipment direction for Russia and Belarus (26 plants); • Realization of CAPEX of projects for 3 divisions of the company (6 plants); • Development of strategy for the Packaging Equipment direction; • Organizing and carrying out tender campaigns according to company regulations; • Negotiation with contractors of the companies; • Close interaction with the services involved in process of purchases: Legal, Financial, Tax, Customs, Technical, etc. • Signing of contracts and international contracts and their subsequent maintenance; • Analysis of a commodity market and services, development and management of suppliers. Deliverables: • I developed together with Legal, Technical and financial service regulations of CAPEX of purchases; • Due to using model of operational leasing within realization of CAPEX of the project, I reached economy in the sum of 300 kEuro, considerably I lowered terms of implementation of the project; • I held negotiations and I signed the centralized contract for delivery of spare parts for the industrial equipment on all plants of the company; • I found optimum decisions for marking of secondary packing and cooling cells which in a consequence were approved as standard. I improved a situation on Working capital, I reduced delivery time by 10 times; • I introduced practice of direct replacement for the main OEM of the equipment; • I signed long-term contracts with main suppliers of spare parts, with the fixed prices, delivery time, I excluded an advance payment; • I was in the lead from purchases on the Klin platform such CAPEX projects as "SNAKE", "BRAMA", "HOEGAARDEN", "14 cookings – expansion of capacities of green feeld", "BBT", "CCT", participated at implementation of the FREEDOM project, etc. All projects were realized in due time with the minimum expenses
