I have been with the company RSSL since its inception and have been gaining experience with the growth of the company. When it was decided to create new departments, I was asked to head it. I agreed.
As Head of the Department I was responsible for all aspects of the Departments operations. I was responsible for effective planning, coordination, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit level.
As Head of the Project Management Department, I performed administrative functions for the management and development department and headed important project, playing a key role for the company.
As a PM, I led and successfully completed several projects.
- Banking system maintenance build-up.
- Definition of the scope and clear business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of implementation projects
- Preparation Project Plans for clients and project teams.
- Time report management and quality assurance. Resolution of critical situations.
- Projects team management (up to 15 consultants)

2010-2011 “Investtradebank” (ITB). Comprehensive implementation of RS-Bank V.6 core banking.
Stage 1. GAP analysis and creation of “To Be” specifications.
2008-2009 CB “Probusinesbank”. Implementation of RS-Bank V.6.
2006-2007 CB "Kuban Credit" Creation of automation concept for this Bank. Realization of the first phase of the concept based on RS-Bank V.6 products.
