- Analyzing market situation and trends and developing marketing and sales strategies;
- Identifying potential partners/distributors/countries for export opportunities;
- Planning and managing overseas sales through direct customers and distributors;
- Developing business in the Defense/Military sector
- Promoting company products and technologies at international trade shows;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers + identifying new business opportunities and recruiting new agents;
- Processing enquiries, orders, requests, offering quotations and export documentation;
- Providing technical knowledge and technical consultations to customers;
- Negotiating and managing contracts with customers;
- Ensuring deals/contracts compliance with export and customs regulations of the exporting country;
- Managing international shipping;
- Ensuring reliability and safety of shipping routes;
- Provision of after-sales services in a professional and helpful manner;
- Monitoring of customers’ debts;
- Supporting sales representatives and agents with product information, marketing materials and tools.
