• Driving brands’ awareness through enhancing personalized communication, based on 1,2,3-party data and digital activations;
• Develop Integrated marketing communications plans (Imunele, Biomax, Majitel);
• Digital marketing strategy and CJM development & execution (Imunele, BioMax, Majitel), depending on brands’ lifecycle: protection, support, enhancing leadership;
• Driving brands’ loyalty through cashback mechanics (+54% sales increase within campaign, +15% aver.check increase vs.2020);
• Financial AOP optimization through cost-efficient solutions;
• Transformation of consumer experience approach & framework for the entire Dairy category;
• Manage the agencies' performance process by establishing performance metrics;
• Develop team expertise in digital through digital capabilities’ initiative;
