1. Legal consulting of Russian, foreign legal entities, persons on similar legal issues of Russian law as follows:  Participating in support of investment projects at the area of state and private partnership – obtaining of Russian Investment Fund resources (Investment project “Complex development of Southern Jakutia”, investment project at forest industry etc): participating in projects structuring, development of contractual schemes, writing of monthly updating memorandums for clients, legal opinions, legal entities establishment and their corporate procedures support;  Drafting/ legal opinion for civil contracts, giving recommends of risks optimizing. For example, surety agreement for all client’s obligations arising of construction contract; legal opinion concerning risks identified of agreement on restructuring of energetic holding company which includes the clients company, concerning risks identified of agreement on securing obligations proposed to client on purchase and sale contract;  Legal due diligences and M&A transactions support (drafting of all necessary regulatory body resolutions, procedures support, drafting of purchase and sale contract). LDDs of two regional cellular service providers had been taken during the period of the job, one M&A transaction at the area of investment relations was supported;  Counseling of clients on problem issues of Russian law (civil, customs, currency control, corporate, IP, insurance etc). For example, legal opinion concerning opportunity of live webcast of Euro-2008 football matches on the internet site of one Russian leading insurance company; concerning opportunities to optimize export customs clearance process of goods subject to non-tariff limitations.
