Working as individual entrepreneur for various companies assisting as personal assistant and travel support.
Arranging all the trips starting from transfer to private jets and etc.
Assisting the Managing partner (Founder of the company) with daily administrative duties that include managing an active calendar of appointments;
- Completing expense reports;
- Composing and preparing correspondence I;
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
- Communicating directly and on behalf of the Managing Partner with Board members, foundation staff, and others on matters related to programmatic initiatives as directed.
- Conducting research on prospective corporate to identify and evaluate current needs and assembles materials needed for the proposals.
- Coordinating Executive, Finance, Governance & Nominating, and Audit Committee meetings, maintain confidential files and contact information; coordinate meetings, conferences, and committees both on and off-site to support the managing partner agenda.
- Providing assistance as needed to front desk operations to include but is not limited to, answering phones, accepting mail and other deliveries, lunchtime relief, and greeting and signing in visitors/guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
