Generating new business within the Russia’s Mid Market sector and increasing HP’s share of wallet
• Responsible for managing the relationships between our customers and Channel Partners
• Working with our end users and Partners to ensure HP provide best service and solution
• Working with customers to achieve their business goals and drivers in a consultative nature, helping build the total solution
• Collaborating with my peers in the HP Enterprise Group as part of our One HP initiative
• Strategy setup of a new HP department (MidMarket) in Russia, development and implementation of goals setting, results measurement system, KPIs, motivation programs, work environment, results measurement system, KPIs, motivation programs, work environment setting
• Team Lead for 4 local ISRs +6 HUB ISRs
• SMB Market development through marketing activities and Telesales
Team management of mid market top territory account managers
- Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
- Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives
- Motivate and inspire team members
- Lead by setting a good example (role model) - behavior consistent with words
- Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior

- Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues
