Обязанности и достижения:
- Provided and supported complex IBM projects with Unix servers as main platform in the industrial sector. Most of the projects made in highly competetive environment, tight time frames.
- For the indicated period was responsible for Gazprom project as special customer. The result of the two-year work in special team defined to work with the customer was winback project on Unix platform as part of my responsibility.
- Developed stands and pilot projects for different industrial customers in Innovation Center of IBM and at Customers and IBM Business Partners locations. Presented results of stand and pilot projects testing and complex solutions worked out in course of work.
- Formed marketing policy for chosen customers (Gazprom, Lukoil, Rosneft).
- Also developed and supported series of projects with automotive customers (Avtovaz, Uralaz, Gaz) with Unix platform. Formed collaterals for automotive sector customers.
- Actively participated in business trips throughout Russia for regionally spread customers collecting information about new customers, establishing new business relationships as pre-sales work.
- In all the projects the pre-sales work was performed in tight teaming with IBM Systems Architect (SA) sector, also with Client Systems Management (CSM) in order to work out the best-of-breed solution for the customers.
- Developed press-releases on results of succesful projects and testing stand results in cooperation with IBM marketing.
- Passed series of special skills courses related to IT-infrastructure development and as result used different tools and methodologies in project work with the customers (Cost Buster tool, Dinamic Infrastructure methodology, etc.)
- Passed different special cources on work with governmental structures, special customers, sales methodology as part of general IBM education successfully and applied the obtained knowledge in my practical work in real projects.
