During 6 months developed in group of 3 people a start-up business for the company - import and sales of foreign made replacement parts. Achieved turnover of the first year - $1 million, business cooperation (procurement) established with more than 10 European producers.
- Analyzed market of replacement parts for foreign made equipment (Komatsu, Caterpillar, etc.)
- Searched and developed through negotiations foreign (Germany, Belgium, Italy, USA, Japan, etc.) and Russian suppliers (Russian Komatsu and Caterpillar dealers, etc).
- Daily maintained relations with suppliers (contacts, correspondence, timely deliveries and payments control).
- Worked directly with clients when specific inquiries were placed.
- Analyzed stock and sales level, prepared and executed wholesale purchases for warehouses of the company’s local branches.
- Calculated cost of goods and recommended sale prices to Sales Department.
- Consulted through development of English version of the corporate website.
