• Active sales for new clients (including cold calls), development and extension of client base;
• Establishing and cultivating significant relationships with key business partners (metal working industrial plants, foreign companies);
• Supervising full spectrum of operations management, including automation, budget management, cost containment, education, business plan elaboration, etc;
• Control of stock goods and supplies, work with raw materials suppliers;
• Representing company interests at professional tradeshows, forums and seminars;
• Conducting marketing research, marketing and PR campaigns;
• HR management: development of standards and requirements for the working activity (Motivating and training a diverse staff of highly-qualified professionals)
Main Achievements:
• Developed business from scratch; achieved the goal of increase in sales by approx 45% a year; landing more than 100 clients in 2 years;
• Maximised profit through effective use or business KPI's and perfomance management processes, developed sound customer loyalty programmes;
• Developed operational, pricing and marketing strategies;
• Landing of key account and participation in negotiations on acquisition of particular part of the company by foreign investors. As a result, company has launched its activity on Western markets more effectively and has got necessary investments.
