During my work I established and managed aftersales marketing functions for Volkswagen Passenger Cars brand, such as:
1. Market Analysis:
a. Analyzing car park, imports of spare parts and accessories
b. Price analysis: comparison of VW dealers’ prices with recommended prices, grey market and other brands
2. Promotion:
a. Developing communication strategy, creation advertising in cooperation with agencies.
b. Marketing actions supporting sales of Parts, Labors, Accessories, and additional services.
c. Seasonal and product campaigns.
3. Marketing support of new model launches
4. Implementation of Aftersales CRM Strategy
5. Marketing support of Loyalty programs, such as Roadside Assistance, Extended Warranty, Fleet Service, Body & Paint.
I succeed to develop a motivated team which is able to cope with complicated projects having limited manpower resources.

It is very important to steer a dealer network which should work in line with Importers’ standards and guidelines. In this respect I worked on following topics:

- Adaptation and creation local guidelines for dealers
- Controlling dealers’ marketing activities and compliance with Brand Standards
- Initiation and execution of Merchandising project
- Organizing and conducting customer Service Events for dealers
- Retail price transparency program
- Establishing channels for collecting dealers’ feedback
