Responsibilities:
Perform full recruitment cycle for different Russian and Multinational Companies
Evaluate search assignments, assess risks, set priorities, prepare weekly plans
Find strong passive and active candidates using an array of sourcing techniques
Select best candidates by detailed telephone interview; assess carefully pre-screened candidates at face-to-face interview
Compile full self-selling CVs and evaluation forms which describe: presentation, experience, skills, motivation and personality of candidates
Prepare selected candidates for interviews with clients and counter offers, negotiate job offers and turn them into placements, help clients offer competitive conditions, execute post-offer activities
Manage a small team of recruitment assistants
Build friendly, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
