4. Responsible for sales targets achievement
a) CEM-SQM Operation group Team lead, responsible for:
• Leading for activities in platform value presentation, customer’s feedback collection and analysis;
• Managing customer requirement handling process such as requirement collection, feasibility analysis, risk investigation and mitigation design, workload and implementation duration output, high level design output, drive to purchase order preparation and sign;
• Responsible as a team member for product sales and delivery strategy and targeting.
• Scope: CEM-SQM Phase 3 expansion, new Use cases (2+) and other customizations (25+) pre-sales activities
• Lead of FRS (functional requirement specification), HLD (high level design), LLD (low level design) processes for use cases and requirement activities.
b) Professional services promotion and pre-sale leading
• Technical (RF domain, end-to-end) audits;
• Bidding process participation as a team member responsible for professional services in RF domain;
• RFx processing, expert resource coordination and summary; risk investigation, classification and mitigation plan development.
• Scope: Video end-to-end optimization, VoLTE audit activities, etc.
5. Responsible for delivery target achievement
a) 5G NSA network project deployment in Saint-Petersburg (mmWave, NR2100+4CC, NR2600 EN-DC)
• Technical management, customer communication and acceptance
b) 5G NSA network project deployment in Novosibirsk (NR2100+3CC)
• Technical management, customer communication and acceptance
c) CEM-SQM Phase 1 and 2 project deployment in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Samara, Krasnodar
• Team leading for project implementation, customer communication improvement, internal and external processes establishment and improvement, acceptance
• Implementation of 8 Use cases (more than 100+ functions and features)
• Implementation of 50+ customizations for existing functions of platform
• Integration with external systems realization: FM, CC, SMSC, DWH, EMailS, HPSM, CM, PM, ActDir
6. Lead Joint innovation team with customer to support following test activities:
• Feature group usage utilization improvement;
• VoLTE, Video services audit;
• Energy saving efficiency improvement feature group.
7. Support customer centric Technical summits, workshops, presentations as a NPO, RF TL, RF expert.
8. Subordinated staff: 3 team, 15 person.
