Control and maintain of shops (18 boutiques, 60 subordinates):
- Creation and control of sale plans and budgets;
- Analyzing data from shops (visitors, middle purchase rate, turnover, breakeven);
- Following for competitor’s activity: prices changing, actions, assortment line, special services;
- Quantity and quality control of articles, orders and deliveries;
- Human resources management: interview, hiring, motivation, laying off, salary and bonus control.
- All administrative questions with suppliers.
Development:
- Working out of the company shop’ standard for franchising needs;
- Looking for new place, new cities for shops in Russian regions;
- Lunch of new projects from 0 point: responsible for calculation of investment plans for new shops; technical projects; registration in city’s governments and banks; signing contracts in all levels; recruitment;
- Profitability reports on committee of directors.
Business trips - 50%
