Обязанности и достижения:
- Negotiations with clients on pricing, contracts (terms of payment, delivery, guarantees). Coordination with internal services of the company and OEM partner.
- Technical and commercial support of transactions (formation of commercial proposals, orders, invoicing, control of delivery and shipment deadlines).
- Assessing the client’s creditworthiness in accordance with credit control recommendations.
- Coordination of sales and market development with the OEM director.
- Development of technical specifications with deep structure based on customer requirements for the product/functionality.
- Providing quarterly reports and development plans. Joint participation with the OEM Director and Vice President of Sales and Marketing in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.
- Development, implementation and promotion of a sales growth strategy in accordance with the company strategy.
- Presentations of technologies and products in collaboration with the sales department and engineering service for new and potential OEM partners.
- Development of seminars, training technical and commercial programs for the dealer network, OEM partners, certification.
- Participation in exhibitions and demonstrations together with OEM manufacturers. Development of programs and activities to stimulate demand for products together with the marketing department of the OEM manufacturer.
- Search for additional opportunities for business development among clients, partners and other sales channels.
- Support communication at all levels within the company for the proper flow of technical information from/to the OEM partner.
- Collection, analysis and systematization of requests from OEM partners for the development of new commercial and/or consumer products/functions.
- Product roadmap management. Prepare a business case to rationalize investments in new products/features and capabilities.
- Monitoring and analysis: competitors, products, prices, market share.
- Analysis of machines, development of completeness, standardization and calculation of installation time (OEM conveyor), adaptation of the installation process in accordance with the technological processes of the plant (conveyor), pilot testing of the machine, pre-series, series.
- Development, adaptation and preparation of technical documentation (CAD) in accordance with plant standards and GOST requirements.
- Adaptation of completeness in accordance with the requirements of factories.
- 10 direct OEM contracts were signed, OEM channel revenue increased by 13.6 times.
- Work with leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan: Rostselmash, St. Petersburg Tractor Plant, Pegas-Agro, Minsk Tractor Plant, Gomselmash, Feat-agro, Klever, Lidselmash, Amkador, etc.
