An experience: - Incoming inspection of supplied parts from European manufacturers; - Checking for defects, transport damages and etc.; - Management of logistics spare parts via SAP; - Remote monitoring of warehouses England (tracking stock, according to the relevance); - Coordination of the quantity and terms of spare parts supply from England; - Acceptance orders from dealers, outbound process of spare parts; - Communication with manufacturers to prevent the supply of defective parts; - Use the principles similar to "Toyota way" (KAIZEN) to improve the quality of components; - Handling complaints to suppliers, packers; - Investigation the causes of repairs during the warranty period; - Experience of working with domestic dealers; - The assistance to Russian dealers, the ability to use additional technical information for professional support; - Training of dealership managers how to work in electronic systems Land Rover spare parts orders, Jaguar; - Reception and processing of complaints from dealers; - Business communication with the English technical team; - Optimization of the workflow to achieve the KPI; - Preparation of weekly reports on processed orders (KPI) to headquarters of Jaguar Land Rover.
