    Unitex is a Producer and wholesale-retail trader of Office furniture. One of the leaders on Russian Market. My career started in Unitex as a Head of Logistic Department. After one year and a half I became a Purchasing Director. Responsibilities include: • Management of Foreign Economic Activity (Purchasing, Logistic, Customs Clearance) In submission 7 employees. • Planning and Budgeting Calculations with Suppliers and Logistic (Customs) costs of Department. • Manage and optimization business processes. • Hold negotiations with suppliers, chose optimal suppliers and achieve the most beneficial conditions in purchasing • Establish employers motivation system in Purchase and Logistics. • Developing of regulations for processes in Department. • Recruitment and training of employers. • Monitor key results of process effectiveness, reports to the management Achievements: 1. After 6 month was made a reduction of 40% of employers in Logistics Department. That helps to cut a cost and increase efficiency of Department. 2. After 6 month due to full range of improving measures we achieved reduction of Logistic costs on 7 million rubles (7-8% of whole logistics costs for that period). 3. Establish understandable motivation system for employers. As a result increase of personal motivation and efficiency. 4. Reorganization two departments (Purchasing and Logistic) in one. Development and implementation new business processes and new staff list. Developing new Regulations for new Department.

It also led to an efficient rearrangement of responsibilities (the ratio of operational activities has decreased in favor of the time attended to a long-term planning).
