The quality of collected orders, the quality and stock acceptance volumes have been increased; efficiency of staff has been increased. The quantity of the internal defective goods was decreased. • New long-term agreements on warehouse rent in Moscow and St. Petersburg were concluded on favorable conditions. • Costs optimization measures were undertaken on distribution warehouses (staff lists and work shifts were revised, loading vehicles costs were optimized, etc.) • Storage compactness project was implemented, shelving program was planned and implemented, and warehouse technical equipment was purchased on a tender basis. • Costs of warehouse operations were decreased. ERP system • In communication with IT department Technical Task has been worked out and as a result “Transport” Module was implemented in ERP Axapta system. Deliveries • New routes for door-to-door delivery and customs clearance of Chinese goods via St. Petersburg and Far East were created and introduced. • Non-purpose logistics and customs expenses were reduced (demurrage, container rent) Projects • “Cash & carry” (retail start up) stores were opened in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Samara. Team • The team of qualified specialists was created; the team was aimed to achieve set tasks and high results.
