In conditions of the ongoing economic crisis and the imposed sanctions founded a new niche on the local machinery market. Later on, 80+ items of production equipment were successfully sold. This measure helped to increase product sales of one of the factories;
Initiated the implementation of ERP system on one of the factories;
Ran constant research for new fields of business development which led to the conquest of the local market segment of production.
