In this role I lead various projects related to IT. I have expertise in communication and I know the process of each project from the beginning till the end, including planning of budget, control, communications, tests, technical tasks and so on. As to talk about the projects, I could mention several projects that have been already done: • Implementation of Line Manager College - Learning platform for Line Managers; • Automation and digitalization of different platforms; • Implementation of platform for Sales people (trainings & development); • Communication with all stakeholders (developers, clients, employees); • Implementation of Directum program (electronic document flow); • Implementation of Dashboards through Power BI; • Implementation of K2 program for HR; • Making the date base of information that we save on our internal server; • Optimization of internal corporate reports.
