Project: development of Savoy Resort & Spa hotel (Total area 26 000 m2) and Luxury residence, located at the premise of Savoy hotel (Total area 2 400 m2), Seychelles, Mahe, Beau Vallon
Manage Project development from Conceptualization to Commissioning:
• Participation in forming of the concept of the project. Communication with the client, engineering and administrative authorities regarding the project related issues
• Obtaining of initial data for pre-project studying and design. Organization of surveying and investigation works
• Preparation of tender related documents for design, carrying out of tenders, negotiations, appointment of consultants. Conclusion of the contracts and supervision of all contractual issues
• Overall coordination of project team and project-involved consultants. Ensure that all client`s requirements and additional inputs considered and change orders are processed in a timely manner. Value engineering. Acceptance of design works
• Planning of the budgets. Preparation, update and optimization of development plans and schedules of design, procurement and construction. Preparation of progress and cost tracking reports for shareholders
• Monitoring and comparing with the planned progress to ensure quality, organizational alignment, budget, and project deliverables are on target
• Organization and coordination of approval of the project documentation by the client and all competent Authorities. Obtaining of Technical conditions and other project related Planning and Engineering approvals and permissions.
Construction of Luxury residence, located at the premise of Savoy Resort & Spa hotel, located at Seychelles, Mahe, Beau Vallon:
• Overall responsibility for managing of all scope of activities related to development and execution of the project. Play a key role in coordinating with client, consultants and contractors during the design and development phase of the project
• Searching for suppliers and contractors. Approval of equipment and finishing materials with the client. Carrying out of tenders for supply of materials and equipment, for civil and MEP works. Negotiations, appointment of contractors, conclusion of the contracts and supervision of all contractual issues. Coordination of custom clearance of materials
• Overall coordination of contractors and subcontractors on the site. Day-to-day monitoring and quality and terms control of construction works, architectural supervision and acceptance of works
• Arranging of testing, commissioning and hand over phases, technical support during post opening period
Personal goals: successfully arranged and managed work on development of all stages of the project with involving of consultants, suppliers and contractors from 21 countries. Construction successfully completed. The Object commissioned. Made overall savings in the amount of 1.5 mln. euro from the approved budget.
Reason of leaving: Completion of the project. Lack of the new projects
