Responsibilities:
- Initial analysis of project (new company branch creating) and IT tasks, branch maintenance on IT and technical questions, requests’ formalization and information support of commercial team concerning the needs of IT departments of new branches.
- Selection of the hardware matching customers needs according to the particular project and country, taking part in customizing and testing software for the branches abroad, hardware components customization and testing, negotiations with hardware components suppliers, exhibition equipment preparation.
- Training and assistance of IT and technical support teams from branches abroad on software and hardware issues via e-mail, Skype or phone in English or Russian.
- Reports and presentation creating, setting the hardware in service center before sending to the branches abroad and ‘How to use’ instructions creating.
Achievements:
- Successful startups in MENA region, Latin America and other countries (more than 10 branches).
- New branches’ IT and technical teams are successfully trained.
- Negotiations with hardware components suppliers are successfully made (JCM, Cash Code and others).
- Had a training course in the supplier company in Dusseldorf, Germany (JCM) and a training course in the service center in Moscow (CM Technologies).
- Took part in exhibitions and conferences (Spain, South Africa).
