Обязанности и достижения:
The position is under Target Group Management whose responsibility it is to coordinate guest services, to be responsible for coordinating the needs of UEFA Officials and the various target groups (TGs) such as guests, staff, suppliers, etc. in terms of Accommodation, Transport, Accreditation and VIP Services for the UEFA EURO2012 Final Tournament and Pre-Tournament events.
• Development workflow of the guest and operations database called F.A.M.E (Football Administration Management). Responsible for the set-up of the database for the Tournament and booking requests of the TGs. Overseeing data quality.
• Development and communication to the Local Organising Committees the relevant information regarding levels of service for guest service areas, booking procedures and status of their requests.
• Coordination and development of the procedures to be used thought Operational Tournament period with different Project Managers and Project Leaders.
• Preparation and execution of the Guest Services Workshops for the Pre-Tournament and Tournament events.
• Development of the Customer Service e-learning modules and Welcome and Information Services content of trainings used for LOCs and UEFA staff, 6000 volunteers and professional hostesses.
• FAME trainings preparation and execution for LOCs and UEFA staff.
• Work closely with VIP Services in terms of the Guest Relations Management and Invitation process for the Tournament (up to 1000 guests per each match) and Pre-Tournament events (700 guests).
• Successful Account Management of assigned TGs, answer questions regarding service levels, and services delivered. Ensure the TGs are informed of deadlines and information is collected according to timelines.
• Developing and maintaining the communication lines within the service suppliers and UEFA EURO 2012 ™ projects during the preoperational and operational phases.
• Responsible for the TOP VIP Guest Services Hotline - part of the Guest Services Hot-line processed more than 3000 requests with 13 000 activities anticipated during the Tournament and following the operations which will be outlined.
• Managing the private jets and VIP Charter flights guests services operations on-site.
• Coordination and processing of Accreditation request for LOCs and UEFA staff and externals for the Pre-Tournament events (up to 150 pax) and Tournament (up to 900 pax). Strong liaison and cooperation with Accreditation Manager.
• Set-up of the hostess tender: overview of hostess market in Ukraine; developing invitation to tender; organization of tender itself.
• Development and implementation of the procedures of VISA facilitation process during the Tournament for TGs in cooperation with the Government Authorities.
• Assistance to other projects gathering needs from assigned target group i.e. Event Training, Event Logistics, ICT, etc.
