The group in russian has a production of 30.000.000 of m2. I work only with gres porcelain, color body, glazed porcelain, and we made 6000000 of m2 for year. I worked like: - teaching work to the new operator - quality control - production supervision - deal with suppliers - supervisor of mechanics - support the development of new tile. The department has 60 operator that work in 2 shifts of 12 hours, with 6 line. I work with all kind of application, and many format, from 30x30 to 40x80 to 60x60. My direct boss is the italian manager of production and we organize the work of Russian people. In the first years we did the budget for the quatity but we started with a quality of 88% for first choise. During this 6 years we constantly grow up with first choise until to close the 2011 with 95% of first choise. For 2 years I worked alone in the production, as manager production. In the 2008 we started with two new lines and I worked on the design and installation of the glazing line.

I started working as generic operator in glazing line, with a contract of 6 months. Sometimes I worked al around the plant for production needs. After 6 months I started a training contract, worked only in glazing line. Supervisor from Sassuolo worked in glaizing line and he taught me the work. I was in Sassuolo for 2 months and I worked side by side with chief department of glazing line of another plant of Gresmalt. After two years I started to work as chief glazing line department. I led a team of 30 operator that worked on 4 glazing line and we produced 12000 m2 for day. Also in this plant I worked with gres porcelain. The main responsibility was to control the quality, also find solution in case of need, and management the sub team.
