Duties:
Assistance in diagnostic of faults, identifying of spare parts
Analysis of causes of defects, creation of technical reportand proposals for product quality improvement (LG Global)
Translation of technical documentation, presentation andtechnical bulletins. Development of training materials and providing trainings with service engineers.
Consultation of customers regarding technical characteristics and features of household appliances. Review and analysis reasons of repairs, customer complaints and claims.
Achivments: Reduction of the warranty repair period for large household appliances by Authorized Service Centers Ukraine region by 7%. Definition of spare parts list for servicing large appliances in Ukraine region
