• Optimization of Purchasing department:
- Optimization of Org Chart by number of people. Implementation of supplier management & sourcing, material management and planning groups in this department.
- Definition of Purchasing Strategy.
- Development and implementation of Standard Processes related to supplier management & sourcing, material management and planning groups in this department.
- Categorization of purchasing items by commodity groups
- Forming up the database of approved suppliers
- Optimization of planning process related to required components and budget.
- Reduction of warehouse inventory stock.
- Definitions of KPI’s, implementation of reporting as the management tool.
• Optimization of cars/trucks fleet:
- Definition of required vehicles by the following criteria’s: type, configuration (size, load capacity), brands, required number of each type.
- Assessment and optimization of routing.
- Analysis of optimal balance between deliveries by own forces and outsourcing.
- Optimization of Org Chart by number of people.
- Optimization of maintenance and sources of spare parts supplies.
- Improvement of HSE.
• Optimization of logistic & warehouse department:
- Optimization of number of warehouses by commodity croups of components in stock, required m2, physical location.
- Optimization of Or Chart by number of required people.
- Improvement of warehouse processes.
- Improvement of warehouse software usage
- Improvement of HSE.

- Performed analysis of supplier’s list allowed to form up Approved Supplier List (number of supplier reduced 4 times)
