Responsibilities:
- providing the business with short-, medium- and long-term forecasts (more than 150 SKU, 15 Regions, 4 technologies);
- communicating with Production Planning, Marketing, Sales;
- implementation Sales and Marketing inputs into the forecast;
- estimation of New Launches and Marketing and Sales activities;
- development of planning systems and processes;
- analysis of external environment (retail audit, macroeconomics etc.) and internal data (sales value, volume, stock, sales etc.)
Achievements:
- developed and supported sales model for Central Asia and Eurasia, Belarus (CEAB);
- Sales Forecast Accuracy increased from 70% to 85% for total segment and from 57% to 79% for CEAB;
- trained/organized trainings for teammates;
- deployed new forecasting tool ForecastPro into Business Planning processes;
- wrote Manuals for all data flows in Demand Planning process;
- developed retail audit panel and database (verifying visits etc.);
- developed KPIs model and automated it.
