Обязанности и достижения:
- help in organization of partners’ day-to-day schedule, conference calls, business appointments;
- mail/ e-mail coordination, filter phone calls;
- organizing business trip logistics, agenda, visa support, insurance matters;
- maintaining confidential and comprehensive documentation records;
- coordinating internal conferences, round tables;
- processing finance documents: business expense reports, timesheets (SAP), advances;
- arranging client meetings, internal meetings;
- information research, data collection;
- assisting the team on short-term and long-term projects;
- providing support to Quality team (work with Intranet, providing information);
- Tax and Legal department archive database maintaining;
- supporting consultations for Deloitte staff;
- data reconciliation and making changes in the systems (CMS, Trinity, Meridio).
