Purchasing division management, responsibilities:
- actualization of partner statuses with suppliers (updates of commit volume, forecast, technical competence to provide customer service, products promotion, intention to apply for partner programs);
- contract negotiations with suppliers pointed at financial, logistic, juridical, maintenance terms, license agreements, signing contracts;
- deal registrations for competitive advantages due to discounts, pre-allocations, payment by instalments;
- monitoring of partners discount policy, selling and promo programs, credit lines;
- control of internal bid procedures, paperwork, security verification;
- reports design for partners audit and sales strategy for revenue growth
- moving to B2B cooperation
Transport Logistics division management, responsibilities:
- foreign-economic activity: contract negotiations with foreign suppliers and customs brokers, purchasing from foreign suppliers, customs clearance;
- coordination of international multimodal transportation in accordance with Incoterms (EXW (EU/USA), FCA, CIP, DAT &etc.), insurance and certification queries, optimization of goods flow;
- RMA cases, export procedures
- optimization of internal transportation meeting cost reduce and customers satisfaction
Warehouse activities oversight, responsibilities:
- determination of requirements for all the companies in Group for territory, infrastructure, security system, keeping conditions
- contract negotiations with lessor and guardians
- stock management, control of commodity moving, stock-taking, arrangement of inventory release programs
Recruiting, motivation system creation, strategy and budget planning
Building of effective supply chain through partners loyalty and slight business-process
Management and analysis of Logistics KPI
