    Обязанности и достижения:

    • Monitoring 4 hotel properties (Accor chain): owner’s supervision (Pullman, Mercure, Novotel, Apart Hotel «Brevis»); • Providing smooth operations for the Operator, negotiate all issues (from the owner’s side) that allows Operator to reach better economic results; • Close interaction with all owners’ and Operation’s structures to ensure the effective operations. Executing the necessary decisions to keep properties moving forward toward achievements; • Working close with hotel management team to develop an operational strategy that is aligned with business strategy and leads its execution; • Reviewing reports and financial statements to determine hotel operations performance against budget; • Reporting to the Owner about reached results and goals; • Active participation in terms of a role as «coordination manager» in all development projects (beach, outside pool construction, renovation, etc); • Ensuring property policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (both in Operator and Owner sides); • Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities (HODs positions both in Operator and Owner sides) The position is focused on growing revenues and maximizes the hotels financial performance and developing positive owner-operator relations in long term vision. It also involves working with analytical info and numbers, creativity, generating of rational proposals that lead to cost optimization in the framework of the budget of the owner and Operator. • Controlling areas: - Operator part: close communication with GMs and HODs regarding all the goals and financial targets - Owners part: Engineering department, Fin Dep\Accounting, all administrative issues including necessary licenses and other official papers and measures that are needed to be performed to provide smooth hotel operations
